Our scraping engine checks every provider website daily at 4 AM CET. No stale data, no manual entry errors.

Our Methodology
Prices come from the providers themselves, never from paid submissions. Most mobile prices are read from the providers' own pages every night; the rest are entered by hand from those pages, and each card says when its price was last confirmed. Basic health insurance premiums are the official figures of the Federal Office of Public Health.

Our price bot: MEconomyBot
Requests from MEconomyBot/1.0 (+https://meconomy.ch/about) come from us. The bot reads the public plan and price pages of Swiss providers so that their current prices appear correctly here.
- It visits once a night, reads only a few pages per provider and waits between requests.
- It follows each site's robots.txt. A page it may not read, it does not read.
- It always identifies itself by the name above. If a site blocks it, it stops, and we ask the provider.
- It collects prices and plan terms only: no personal data, no accounts, no content behind a login.
